Introduction of an individualized career support system
The goal in proactively providing a career development program is to foster employee autonomy and encourage employees to demonstrate their individual strengths, thus ensuring the company's growth. Furthermore, by establishing a career selection system, we aim to encourage employees to be proactive and take the initiative in subsequent training opportunities.
Career selection system: "Gem-like career"
We liken the career development process to the process of unearthing rough stones and refining them into gemstones and have coined the expression "gem-like career." We categorize career paths into three types: Diamond, Sapphire and Pearl. By choosing the one that best suits their aspirations and sharing it with the company, employees will receive support tailored to their choice.
Career paths
We encourage each individual to envision their career and pursue their aspirations so as to better fulfill their lives. We provide individuals with opportunities and offer various forms of support to help them achieve their personal goals.
Perspectives of career selection
When choosing a career, it's important to understand your passions, aspirations and strengths. We believe that finding a position that maximizes your strengths and skills will increase your motivation and contribute to your success.
Leader and followers in Career Development
Choosing one's career is a crucial step in envisioning your future, and the primary agent in this process is, without question, yourself. This process requires constantly deepening your self-understanding and maintaining awareness, setting goals and taking action to turn your chosen career path into reality. At the same time, managers must understand that the growth of each individual employee contributes to organizational development. They are therefore expected to support their subordinates' career development with a holistic perspective, aiming for the best outcome for the entire team. Through daily checks and one-on-one meetings, they are asked to promote self-understanding and provide guidance for their subordinates' career choices and their fulfillment.
