In realizing our purpose of "Making the world into a brighter place through the power of creation.", AI is expected to play a significant role.
We will promote research and study on AI technology to utilize AI not only as a means of improving operational efficiency but also as a tool to expand creativity and realize unique value creation.
On the other hand, it is also true that the use of AI has various potential risks.
Therefore, we aim to utilize AI responsibly based on this policy.

2. Human-Centered Principle

We position AI as a tool to support the expansion of creativity. We will not uncritically accept AI-generated answers or outputs. Instead, we will evaluate AI and be responsible for making decisions on how to use it. We will also strive to ensure human control of AI as much as possible.

3. Pursuit of Transparency through Dialogue with Stakeholders

We will strive to explain the usage of AI in our business processes to our stakeholders, such as clients and creative partners, to ensure transparency and aim to utilize AI reliably.
We will build a mechanism for continuous dialogue with stakeholders to solve problems that arise in the process.

4. Pursuit of Safety

We will appropriately analyze the risks associated with the use of AI, take countermeasures, and promptly respond in the event that safety is compromised.

5. Respect for Creators' Rights

We will take appropriate measures to ensure that the use of AI does not infringe on intellectual property rights such as copyrights and trademarks. By doing so, we will ensure utmost respect for the rights of companies and creators and contribute to the sustainable development of creative activities.

6. Protection of Personal Information and Confidential Information

Regarding data handling when using AI, we will appropriately manage and operate it in accordance with internal regulations, relevant laws and regulations, and social ethics. We will strive to prevent and detect unauthorized access and take all possible measures to prevent leakage of personal information and confidential information.

7. Pursuit of Fairness and Impartiality

We will strive to reduce potential biases in the use of AI, make decisions that emphasize fairness and impartiality so as not to cause human rights violations or unfair discrimination, and fulfill our accountability for the results.
To achieve this, we will promptly collect highly reliable and accurate information and use AI in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

We will promote education to improve skills and literacy regarding the use of AI so that employees can maximize the benefits of AI technology. This will foster human resources who can accurately recognize the possibilities and limitations of AI and use it ethically and effectively. We will also conduct initiatives such as awareness-raising activities to improve AI literacy for stakeholders as needed and strive to foster mutual understanding.

9. Review of this Policy

This policy will be reviewed regularly to respond to the rapid advancement of AI technology and changes in the social environment. In reviewing the policy, we will consider domestic and international guidelines and trends in AI regulations. We will also consider best practices in the industry and feedback from stakeholders to enhance the policy's effectiveness.
