Percentage of female managers

As a leading company in our sector, we are strengthening our framework for actively promoting women's participation in the workplace. Our employee gender ratio is nearly equal between men and women, and in recent years the proportion of women among new graduate hires has gradually increased. We are also working to improve the work environment, aiming to achieve a 30% female manager ratio across our company and our major operating companies by 2029.

Diversity initiatives (workstyle reform)

We are undertaking various initiatives to identify and resolve challenges to developing next-generation leaders and promoting women into management roles. This project is led by current employees working in the field, who can provide valuable insight into the "real voices from the work floor" and "the changes women expect from the company"--perspectives often unknown to HR strategists.

Career development support: initiatives for professional talent

We support our employees' career development through the Professional Talent Initiative (https://www.pro-jinzai.go.jp/) promoted by the Cabinet Office. While we believe the expertise gained through one's job can be applied across various scenarios, regardless of industry or company size, the reality is that many people with extensive industry experience lack confidence in their skills. We believe that the first step toward reskilling and building connections--and interests--across different industries is to set up a system for side jobs and concurrent employment, allowing employees to gradually experience success through small jobs. While this initiative was launched in January 2016, our group started participating in 2018 and has been involved in over 50 projects as of the end of 2024. As our track record has grown, the number of consultations we receive has also increased, providing many people with practical opportunities that they would not be able to get involved in through their direct work.


Currently, the primary focus is on assisting regional companies in solving challenges through consulting on side jobs and secondary employment. However, the aim is to gradually expand the scope of consulting services and to develop initiatives that lead to tangible results, such as placing full-time employees at client companies, and that will result in further career development and second career options for talented employees.

One of our employees with a leg disability spends over half the year traveling to competitions as a wheelchair tennis player. When not training or competing, this employee handles office duties and also works on developing skills that will enable them to be successful in the long term.

To promote a rewarding work environment where each employee can fully utilize their abilities, we have opened farms in Saitama and Chiba prefectures with the cooperation of S-Pool Plus Co., Ltd.. Here employees cultivate organic vegetables, and harvested produce is delivered to employees working in our offices.

Sponsorship of Special Olympics Nippon

AOI Pro. believes that video can bring about positive change in society. As a supporting company and national partner of Special Olympics Nippon (SON), we have been supporting them through video production since 2013.
Special Olympics (SO) is an international sports organization that provides sports training and year-round competitions for people with intellectual disabilities, enabling them to showcase their achievements.
In conjunction with the launch of SON's new organizational structure in 2023, we produced a promotional video, "Be a fan," featuring a message from Chairman Takuaki Hiraoka and introducing initiatives such as SON's Unified Sports®(*). We also produced and released the video "Special Movie ALIVE #1," which embodies the spirit of SON's slogan, "Be with all."

(*) Unified Sports®: a unique SO initiative in which people with intellectual disabilities (athletes) team up with people without intellectual disabilities (partners) and play sports together.
