Health management

Improving the working environment remains a major challenge for our group's businesses.
Creative work unfolds along two axes: using imagination (creativity) to create something new from nothing, and working hard on the front lines to actually bring it to life.
We believe that neither type of work can produce good results without good health, and managing employee health is an important element of our overall management strategy. In addition to daily work management, we provide support measures to ensure our employees remain in good health.

Comprehensive health checkup subsidy

In addition to the regular health checkups required by law, we subsidize the cost of a comprehensive medical checkup once a year to assess our employees' health conditions.
While there is a cap to the amount provided depending on the operating company one belongs to, the amount is capped at several tens of thousands of yen per person, and individuals can freely choose the medical checkup menu within that range.

We have introduced the "online birth control pill prescription" service provided by smaluna for all female employees working within our group.

Improving engagement

"Engagement" means "deep connection."
High employee engagement means more than just satisfaction with one's work environment or working conditions. It refers to a state where employees possess passion and motivation for their work and a desire to "grow and develop together with the company," therefore leading to improved business performance. As a creative business, we believe that our prospective employees already possess a high level of passion for their work. To maintain this level, we regularly assess employee motivation and current status, and use the results to plan the next steps.

Diversifying the work environment (hybrid work)

Having introduced remote work in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, our company continues to encourage this approach.
We encourage production staff to work outside the office for tasks that are not location-dependent (except for practical duties requiring filming or equipment handling). To promote remote work, we have established various platforms within the company to enhance operational efficiency
